Dancing the Language of Land: A Movement & Presence Workshop
This workshop invites you to experience where body meets landscape, where improvisation becomes conversation with place.
Together, we'll explore how our movements create temporary ecosystems of interaction and combined presence.
Following the call of curiosity and embracing the unknown, whilst trusting our body's inherent ability to sense and respond to the world around us.
The land itself becomes our score, offering endless invitations to move and discover.
Rosie is a dancer, movement artist and wellbeing coach weaving together eco-somatic practice, improvisation and dance/ art making in health settings, environmental & creative spaces.

Moving Sounds Playground
This solo sound journey will lead to a movement based interactive session where participants play with and experience the supportive and creative combination of movement and sound - following impulses of pleasure, curiosity and vulnerability in partnership and groups. Using sound vibration to remain present and embodied and using movement to open sound still further. The workshop will be opened through somatic activation and closed through live shruti music and a reflections circle
I’m Joi. I love improvised playful singing, shamanic shruti box and meditative piano. I love to enter a trance state with sound and fire and waves in the ocean.
My work is my salvation and pleasure. By leading you to explore your somatic sounds I experience people coming alive through play and pleasure and rewilded sound. I feel humbled to create safe, playful and embodied spaces which offer participants a reminder of their deepest essence of expression and their inner child -

Conscious Breathwork
A Journey with The Breath. Experiencing a conscious breathwork practice alters body awareness allowing for a deeper engagement with oneself. Creating this space to drop in to a deeper connection allows you to breathe with the ground below you, and gracefully move in the space with partner(s).
I'm Esther Dickinson, movement and breathwork facilitator, I combine many elements of nature in my work. Movement is our first language. When we came into the world we took our first breath. To breathe we move, and to move we breathe.
