    Scaravelli Inspired Yoga

Movement in gravity using yoga and touch.

Finding ground, breath and wave. A Scaravelli-inspired Yoga workshop where we will explore inhabiting our bones and flesh through posture, movement and touch. This will include working together in pairs or threes to inspire greater depth of understanding of the body in gravity.

Rebecca is a movement practitioner, artist and poet. She is a yoga teacher in the approach of Vanda Scaravelli, which she combines with her writing and contemplative practice. She lives between Frome in Somerset, in a wooden wagon which she built with a friend during the Covid lock downs, and a meditation community in France where she is part of an evolving embodiment programme and has helped to set up a programme for volunteers to work there and experience contemplative living.

  • Sophie Marsh

    Somatic Sensory Resourcing Space

Sometimes moving and sharing touch with other bodies can stir up feelings for us, or leave us feeling overstimulated and disoriented.

Through somatic and embodied practice, you will be guided to radically follow your body’s unique wisdom and to orient towards what feels nourishing, safe, and resourcing for you.

Sophie is an artist, writer and somatic explorer who loves discovering and researching the connection between embodiment and neurodiversity. She holds group and 1:1 spaces supporting people to recover their body’s instinctual intelligence and feel the nourishment of being somatically connected.

  • Neil Morbey

    Non-Verbal Consent in CI

I believe consent and communication is crucial if we are to feel safe to play. Firstly its an inside job - giving ourselves permission to tune in and connect to our own energy. Secondly, how do we protect ourselves and find joy in connection? How can we offer clear boundaries and changes in the energy and direction of a dance, especially if people in the room are focused on their own dance? In this workshop we will do a deeper dive into the non-verbals of consent in CI via a series of embodied exercises and verbal sharing. This can be a beautiful and emotional workshop - all parts of you are welcome. Let's all improve our connection and  communication by getting clear on consent.

    Transformative Improvisational Play (DvT)

This is a practice of play based on theatrical improvisation and drama therapy. It only requires an empty space and an open mind - no props, no scripts no pressure. This is playful, interpersonal mindfulness in motion.

I have been training in this method regularly since 2016 by trained Drama Therapists and Developmental Transformation (DvT) practitioners. I ran my own group in Cornwall for 1 year prior to Covid and have recently been returning to leading groups.ion goes here
