Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation from your side:
Up to 14 days before the camp, a refund is available, less a £25 admin fee and the booking fee.
Up to 7 days before the camp, there is the option to transfer your ticket to someone else if the camp is already fully booked:
If you have someone to take over your booking, there will be a £25 admin charge to transfer it to another person.
If you want us to sell your booking on your behalf, there will be a £25 admin charge for the service, and we will refund you the balance only if we find a replacement and once they have paid in full.
Please note we will only accept booking transfers if the camp is fully booked.
Within 7 days of the camp. No refunds or transfers are available, no matter the reason.
In case of cancellation from our side:
In the unlikely case that we have to cancel the camp, a refund or transfer of your ticket will be offered, less £10 and the booking fee.
We are unable to refund any travel or external accommodation expenses.
